To ensure satisfaction and retention of the customers, the transformation of customers interaction into the bank system needs to be captured, so the bank has the ability to act accordingly at a fair risk rate and future market growth. This includes the development of an instrument for a self-contained view on the subjects (clients), utilized banking products and relations between subjects and products. This therefore allows the account manager to always obtain up-to-date and consistent information at each branch. This project involves testers, programmers and business analysts and combines technologies such as SQL and Python.
To reach the given goals, it has been vital to merge data from various core systems into an integral unit and thereby to create a complex picture over target customers, their products, behaviour and economic data.
