Client History System

The main goal of this project is creating online customer contact history to:

  • reduce rate of loosing clients or withdrawing clients for another bank
  • reduce internal costs due to higher client retention
  • trace costs of customer via sales channels
  • track client / bank interaction history online
  • create estimation model for loyal and non-loyal clients with respect to probability and time-period
