Project description:
Goal of the project was to verify and validate the quality of the data defined from central Group data warehouse. The data was then used as an input source to Retail Risk Mitigation Solution with calculations application such as: KPI, P&L Portfolio, Recovery Rate, Flow Rate, Vintage, Score Cards, IRB & Standard Approach, PD, Capital Adequacy, etc.
Single steps of the project:
- Analysis and definitions for KPI (Client, Business application, Client behaviour, Product type, Collateral type, Appearance of the default event)
- Logical mapping to database sources in the bank core systems (Evaluation and verification of the finance formulas after data mapping)?
- Physical mapping to database sources in bank core systems and check of the data availability and quality (different platforms)?
- Identification of the inconsistency of the data and solving of the KPI issues
- Design and implementation of the SAS code to calculate single KPI, creation of the automatic report and results output in one consolidated view (one table for all KPIs) into HTML
